1. About Fryvena
This website is operated by Marcin Mochilewski, trading as Fryvena.
Business address:
135 Ivy House Road
Oldbury, B69 1HG
United Kingdom
Email: hello@fryvena.com
For purchases made through another shop or marketplace, the purchasing and payment terms of that seller or platform also apply. Our manufacturer’s warranty is explained separately in our warranty terms.
2. Products and options
The product page describes the item and its available options. Please check your selected size, quantity and whether a lid is included before placing your order.
Photographs illustrate the products. Colours may appear different on different screens, and minor cosmetic variations may occur. Products must nevertheless match their description and meet your statutory rights.
Please read the supplied instructions and our Care Guide before using cookware. Attach any separately supplied handle securely before use and follow the safety instructions.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The total payable to Fryvena, including the selected delivery charge and any applicable taxes collected by us, is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Available payment options are displayed at checkout. PayPal payments are processed securely by PayPal. Any Pay Later option is subject to PayPal’s eligibility checks and separate terms.
We do not add payment-method surcharges at checkout. If an obvious pricing error is discovered, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, any payment taken will be refunded.
4. Placing and confirming an order
You can review your basket and correct your details before confirming payment. Please provide an accurate email address and delivery address.
Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We accept it when we confirm acceptance by email after successful payment. An automated payment-provider receipt alone does not constitute acceptance by Fryvena.
If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment taken for the unavailable item. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.
If you notice a mistake in your order, contact us promptly. We will help where possible. If the parcel has already been dispatched, your cancellation and return rights remain available.
5. Dispatch and delivery
Website orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Please allow 1 working day for preparation and dispatch.
- United Kingdom: free delivery. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch, or approximately 3–5 working days in total from ordering.
- Europe: £12 delivery per order. Estimated delivery is 10–15 working days after dispatch, or approximately 11–16 working days in total from ordering.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery is available to the destinations offered at checkout.
These times are estimates. Customs processing, local holidays and delivery disruption may affect arrival dates. We will inform you of significant delays where we become aware of them. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract.
If delivery is late, missing or unsuccessful, contact us. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems with the carrier. Your legal rights concerning late delivery, including cancellation where applicable, are unaffected.
The goods remain at our risk until you, or a person nominated by you to receive them, takes physical possession. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
6. European import charges
For European website orders, Fryvena covers applicable import VAT, customs duties and customs-clearance charges. These are not an additional cost for you beyond the total shown at our checkout.
We will arrange payment of these charges where the delivery service allows. If a courier or customs authority asks you to pay an import charge, contact hello@fryvena.com with your order number and a copy of the request so that we can arrange payment.
If you have already paid a valid import charge relating to your order, send us the payment receipt and we will reimburse it. This does not limit your statutory rights.
7. Changing your mind and cancelling
For website purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 30 days after delivery, without giving a reason.
This includes your statutory right to cancel an online purchase, normally within 14 days after delivery. Our additional 30-day policy extends the notification period.
To cancel, email hello@fryvena.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form in our Refund & Returns Policy, but this is optional. Prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory cancellation right.
Return the goods within 14 days after telling us. Contact us for return instructions so that we can provide a prepaid label or arrange collection. Fryvena pays return shipping for UK and European website orders, including change-of-mind returns.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. During the statutory cancellation period, we may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
For the additional change-of-mind period beyond your statutory cancellation period, the product must be unused for cooking and returned with its supplied accessories. Please use the original packaging where possible; its absence alone does not remove statutory rights.
8. Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we refund the returned goods and, where the whole order is cancelled, the standard outbound delivery charge paid. Any additional amount paid for an optional premium delivery service is not refundable unless required by law.
Refunds are made to the original payment method without a restocking fee. For returned goods, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, subject to any lawful deduction.
Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us resolve it, but are not a condition that removes your rights.
Do not use a damaged product. There is no requirement to report a fault within 48 hours.
Your statutory remedies may include rejection and refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. UK consumers normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods.
We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Our voluntary return policy and warranty do not replace or restrict statutory remedies.
10. Lifetime warranty
Fryvena provides a lifetime warranty covering eligible defects in materials or workmanship that make the product unusable during normal use in accordance with the instructions.
The full coverage, exclusions and claim procedure are set out in our Lifetime Warranty terms. For approved claims, we arrange repair or, where repair is not reasonably possible, replacement free of charge. Fryvena covers shipping of an approved replacement.
The warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights.
11. Responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Privacy
We use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and protect the website. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Complaints and applicable law
For complaints, email hello@fryvena.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and respond as soon as reasonably possible. You may also write to the business address in section 1.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law, including the courts of your home jurisdiction where permitted.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable when you place your order governs that purchase. Later changes will not reduce rights already agreed for an existing order.
